Esteemed and Honorable Citizens, The advent of the auspicious birth of the Prophet of Mercy, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH), and the joyous birth of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (AS)—the initiator of the Unity Week and a symbol of solidarity, brotherhood, and empathy—has arrived. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) ignited the lamp of guidance in the world through his very existence and, with his human-centric teachings, charted the path of perfection, ethics, and peaceful coexistence for humanity. During these blessed days, an opportunity arises for us to follow his luminous path by strengthening unity, providing sincere service, and striving to build a more prosperous and beautiful city for all our dear citizens. I extend my heartfelt congratulations on the arrival of this grand and auspicious feast to all our dear citizens, and especially to your servants within the Municipality organization. I pray to Almighty God for the increasing success, health, and prosperity of all dear ones under His divine grace.
